Springfree Trampoline USA Inc. manufactures, supplies and sells a range of safe backyard trampolines which are designed and built with safety in mind. The Company does not however accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by persons using the demonstrator trampolines and all users do so at their own risk.

JUMPER SAFETY RULES

In using the demonstrator trampolines, all users agree to the following jumper safety rules:

1. No Flips, Tricks, or Double Bounces: Untrained jumpers can land on their head and neck, causing serious injury.
2. One At A Time While Jumping: Having a single jumper eliminates the chance of collisions and injuries. And never double bounce!
3. Supervised Jumping: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while jumping.
4. Safe Clearance: Keep enough space around the trampoline (we recommend 4ft) to allow room for the net to flex out. It’s also important to have safe overhead clearance of 20ft.
5. Keep It Zipped: While jumping keep the net zipper closed! We also recommend zipping closed the net when the trampoline is not being used.

WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE

In consideration of the use by the undersigned and his/her minor child(ren) of a Springfree Trampoline made available to the undersigned and his/her minor child(ren) by Springfree Trampoline USA Inc. at the 2024 Fright Fest Event (the “Event”), the undersigned, on behalf of his/herself and his/her minor child(ren), their heirs, estate trustees, successors and assigns hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Springfree Trampoline USA Inc., any manufacturer or distributer of the Springfree Trampoline, the promoter of the Event, the owner of the premises where the Event is being held, and fellow participants (collectively the “Releasees”), for any injury or any other consequence of the undersigned’s use of Springfree Trampoline at the Event. This release expressly RELEASES the Releasees from all liability, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including any loss or damage of any kind including death.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that the activities of the Event involve a risk of injury or property damage. The undersigned assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury or property damage arising out of or related to the Event activities whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

By completing this form I have read and understand the jumper safety rules above and agree to the waiver and general release conditions.
