E-Gift cards can be purchased solely and be added to all Springfree product purchases. More than one e-gift card can be purchased per transaction. E-gift cards can be purchased online, in store and over the phone.
How do I redeem an e-gift card online?
On the payment page, please add your e-gift card code and press apply. The original purchasers of the e-gift card will receive a call from Customer Care when cards $500 & over are redeemed for security purposes.
What can I purchase with my Springfree e-gift card?
You can purchase any Springfree online product (trampolines and accessories). Professional installation and spare parts cannot be purchased with Springfree e-gift cards.
May I use more than one e-gift card as payment per order?
Yes, you can use multiple e-gift cards on one order.
How do I check an e-gift Card balance?

How do I send the e-gift card to the recipient?
After purchase, you will receive the e-gift card code email. Forward the email or code to the recipient.
What if I lost my e-gift card?
Click “Resend Gift Cards” from your order confirmation email. If you have lost your email, please call Customer Care at 1-877-586-7723.
What if I purchase a product with a Springfree e-gift card, but I need to return or exchange it?
If the product is fully returnable or exchangeable, you will be issued a new e-gift card for the amount of the original e-gift card. Please see our full Return Policy here. Springfree Trampoline reserves the right to limit this offer at their sole discretion.
