Springfree Trampoline is pleased to offer a number of tools to help with successful installation. Read below to learn about professional and self-installation options.

Springfree Professional Installation:

If you are located nearby to one of the Springfree showrooms, professional installation will be carried out by a Springfree Trampoline installer.

• Texas – Dallas-Fort Worth Area
• Washington – Seattle Area

Third-Party Professional Installation

Outside of our Springfree Trampoline service market areas, we’ve got you covered with professional installation (covers continental USA) by our third-party installer, GoConfigure, LLC.

Our third-party installation team will call you within 3 business days of your package delivery to schedule your service appointment. Alternatively, you can contact them after you receive your tracking number or your order is delivered, by phone at 1 (888) 888-5424 or by email at support@goconfigure.com. Seasonal demand and weather limitations and other restrictions may apply.

Scheduling Installation Process

• Step 1: Customer orders Springfree Trampoline + Installation
• Step 2: Product Ships to Customer
• Step 3: GoConfigure LLC contacts customer to coordinate installation date (within 3 business days of customer receiving their shipment) and/or Customer contacts GoConfigure to confirm delivery via phone or email. 
• Step 4: Customer receives their scheduled date & time

Important Information: Please ensure you are ready for your installation prior to your scheduled date. If our team arrives to install but cannot proceed with trampoline or spare part installation, a $99 fee may apply for rescheduling. Follow the checklist below to ensure you are ready for your big day!

• - Verify you have received all trampoline boxes or spare parts. All trampolines are shipped in 1 – 3 boxes.
• - Someone 18 or older must be present at the installation location on the scheduled date and time and must be familiar with where the trampoline will be installed.
• - To reschedule ahead of your installation date, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
