An Update On Your Delivery Experience

I am writing this note because, as a mother and leader at Springfree Trampoline, I know it can be frustrating to wait for a product that you’ve carefully chosen for your family. Like many products in the backyard category, Springfree has seen a massive increase in demand since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. This means that you will likely experience longer wait times than usual, and we anticipate that this will continue for much of 2021. I want to assure you that we are striving to do everything within our power to get your family jumping as quickly as possible.

We are fortunate to own and operate our own factory and I am pleased to tell you that production and manufacturing has not slowed down, in fact we have ramped up our manufacturing capacity in the last 12 months.

Our goal is to quickly get your Springfree from our production facility into your backyard. We are doing three key things to ensure a smooth process:

Alternative Delivery Options

We’re working very closely with our third party vendors to ensure that we’re maximizing every opportunity to get additional container bookings to arrive into the US. Over the past year we have invested a considerable amount in alternative shipping options. In the coming months, we will be investing in rapid delivery options.

Transparent Customer Communication

We will continue to be up front and honest at every step of your purchase journey. From listing accurate delivery timeframes on our website, to keeping you informed on any changes out of our control, and trying, as much as possible, to deliver on time or earlier than expected.

Unparalleled Customer Service
