Free delivery right to your doorstep available in all 50 States. There is no change to our current delivery availability.

Professional Installation

Professional Installation is available for all states in the continental USA, excluding the following states Hawaii and Alaska. Based on government recommendations Springfree will be taking some additional measures in regards to social distancing with our delivery and installation operations.

Every order will receive a phone call to finalize your delivery details. During this call we will also ask you some questions to make sure we are prepared:

  • Are you going to be home during your delivery/installation/service? (We don’t require this unless this is required for access to the property)
  • If you are going to be home:
    • All Springfree vehicles are disinfected daily
    • Our installers are friendly, but currently will say hi with a wave instead of a hand shake
    • We will only send one Installer per job – working alone is better than working with others.
    • When the installation is complete, we will use disinfecting wipes or spray on your new trampoline to ensure your Springfree Trampoline is safe to use.

We would kindly request that everyone at home remains indoors and we complete a contactless delivery for you:

  • Let us know somewhere our driver can leave any parcels safely – we will take a photo as proof of delivery
  • Make sure we have access prior to arrival and we have a clear area to complete the installation or service with a suitable marker left for trampoline placement
Self Installation

We know some of you will prefer to install your own trampoline. We are ready to offer you help to ensure this is as easy as possible.

  • Springfree technician can walk you through the installation process; either over-the-phone or on video chat (FaceTime, Whatsapp, Skype).   • You can also refer to the online easy-to-use install manual that provides step-by-step instructions on how to fully assemble your trampoline. There are also videos to help you in this section of our web also.
