Although many stores have reopened since the COVID-19-related lockdowns, many report a decline in foot traffic. Consumers are becoming more comfortable making big purchases online without ever seeing the product in person.
Like many retailers, the Texas-based company temporarily closed retail stores and suspended professional installation services this spring. With people limiting travel and looking for ways to entertain their kids at home, the trampoline category experienced tremendous growth. Springfree’s online sales have more than doubled this year. Experts anticipate the trend towards online sales will continue well into 2021.
