The Ultimate Springfree Story

To the Springfree Trampoline Company,

I would like to send a huge thank you to you for your generosity!  Never in my life have I witnessed a company to be so caring to its customers.

Last month our children were devastated to wake up on a Sunday Morning to find their Springfree Trampoline missing from our back yard.  It was taken in the night while we were sleeping in our home. Our four children were very shook up.  Not only by the loss of their prize possession but by the loss of security they felt in their own yard.  My two youngest were terrified to go into our yard for days without Mommy or Daddy with them and were convinced someone would come back.  We explained that whoever had taken our trampoline had gotten what they had come for and would not ever come back.  Unfortunately our kids were still not convinced.

Feeling somewhat violated by what had happened I wrote a letter to the editor of our local paper.  The next day I was contacted by your company.  A lovely woman phoned me and asked how we were doing and was very concerned about our children.  She told me that the Company had read my letter and just did not feel right about four children losing one of your trampolines like this.  I was brought to tears when she told me that you wanted to give us a trampoline to replace the one that was taken.

We have our new Springfree Trampoline now and we are loving it!  Our kids think that the Springfree Company is the greatest and all is as it was in their world.  They feel secure again above all else and know that there are good people in this world who truly care.  My husband and my faith in people has been restored as well.
