Great trampoline - poor after sales

We love the new trampoline however were disappointed that when returning the Anchors (installer advised that they weren't necessary) for a credit we were charged $20 for freight (one way - as we had already paid the return freight) when the whole delivery of many many boxes including basket ball hoop was only $80. The box returned was a very small box. Taints the whole experience and not negotiable on their behalf.
