A Fabulous Product

After years of apprehension due to safety concerns, I finally got my wife to have a comfort level with the innovative safety design of the Springfree Trampoline. The kids abosolutely love it and look for any excuse to be on it. It's a great feeling knowing that they are getting exercise, having fun and are safe as opposed to tapping away on an elctronic device. Thank you to Springfree for a great product!

Review on installation

We tried to install the oval Springfree trampoline 8 days ago, but had some difficulties. On Wednesday I called the 1-877 number and spoke with Megan. The frame wasn't put together the right way. My son had put the curved frame sections together, but without bothering to match the yellow and orange stickers. Megan then told me that we would have to take the whole thing apart and that she would send me some videos to help. Megan was very kind, efficient, and it was obvious she knew her product and had the ability to work in customer relations.I went over and decided to start taking it apart. I removed the net rods, and then slipped the net down the mat rods. I went around the trampoline removing every 5th mat rod, and skipping any that were too difficult. I then took apart the frame, and went to get the assembly instructions. At this point I was simply planning on putting the frame together the right way so that only the hard part would be left for my husband.I put the mat in the center, and placed the net around the frame. I decided to try putting in the mat rods starting with the one which would join the blue circle on the frame to the blue square on the mat. It wasn't too hard, so I decided to keep going but by skipping 3 or 4 rods depending on how temperamental the mat rod socket was. I got them all in, and the result was a level trampoline. I then slowly moved the net up, making sure it wouldn't get snagged on any of the various bumps. I did it all by myself, (a 45 year old mother of 2)!!! The kids (10 and 12) are on it everyday, and it was worth all the effort. It's a 5 star product, and I've recommended it to several people already!

My sister-in-laws family has one for a few years...so I was well aware of the Springfree brand.
Our backyard is not huge, so I was always leary about taking up precious room with a bulky trampoline.
The o77 fits perfect...it does not take up the backyard and our 6 year old has a smile from ear to ear!
