The service I received could not be faulted, the 2 different people I spoke with the first was about putting the new net on was so helpful and the lady i spoke with when I ordered the new mat was excellent and I ordered my new mat on the Thursday and it arrived on the Tuesday to far North Qld and they both had a sense of humour ,your Brisbane staff get a big thank you from me, and word of mouth in a small area where I live goes a long way.3 people have bought large trampolines from your Brisbane office since I first bought my tramp in I think 2004. Thank you for having great staff. Gai Fleming

Huge trampoline. Well worth the extra money. Hint: purchase the moving wheels as it's too big/heavy to move alone.

A game changer!

We absolutely love our trampoline! We assembled it ourselves (great directions given, but the springs are a bear) and wouldn't do that again, but it's been a great experience ever since! Our 8 yo spends at least an hour a day (even in rain and snow!) on the trampoline and we've recommended it to two other families. It really has been a game changer for our family; we can't remember how we survived without it!

Love the trampoline

We love the trampoline. The only issue we've encountered is that the post that holds up the net with the white ball on top of it regularly slips out of the sleeve it is supposed to remain in. It is a bit odd and annoying - I must admit though that I never contacted Springfree to determine if there is a simple solution.

Hi Kevin,

Happy to hear you and your family are enjoying your new Springfree Trampoline! With regards to the net rod slipping out of the sleeve, here's a quick fix: The pocket that the net rod goes into has a 'catch' inside that the rod needs to push past. It may be a bit tough to push the rod past the catch but once the rod is fully inside the pocket it should stay put. Most of the time you can hear/feel a click when the rod is in place. Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions.
