Santa came early this year to our house..... kids love their new Springfree Tramp. They have always wanted a Springfree Tamp and now all the kids in the neighbourhood are going to ask Santa for their own.

Does not seem to be quite as bouncy as others but my wife thinks that is a good thing. Overall very happy with the product.

My kids have been on the trampoline everyday since we got it to replace the old one. they play all sorts of games with balls in and out of the tramp. the basketball hoop and ball are the biggest hit. The jump is fantastic and despite my oldest being 12 the large oval is plenty big enough.
Great product but INCREDIBLY difficult to assembleTrent, ACT, AUSTRALIA

A great product that is let down by its extreme difficulty in assembly. Particularly the installation of the mat onto the rods. I have assembled and disassembled my R79 twice now due to moving and now need to assemble a third time and it isn't any easier. In fact it is an utterly horrible experience. Primarily this is due to the connection system between the mat and the rods. It is very fiddly and as it is out of sight it requires an additional person in an uncomfortable and awkward position to assist under the tramp to assist. Even then it is still difficult as the mat constantly catches the rod making it difficult to slide into place. Disassembly is even worse. Last time I had to tape down the mat at every rod holder to get the rods out as they kept catching. The required tension on each rod is significant, every time I end up with bruises on my palm and hip by the time all the rods are done.
What is needed is some sort of lever based tool to assist in forcing the rods into place and a far superior system for the connection between the rods and the mat.
All that said once the bloody thing is together it is great. If you are thinking of moving in the next 12 months I'd hold off on the purchase.

We wanted a trampoline for our kids, and for us. We wanted it to be durable, safe, not squeaky, and look good in our back yard. When I discovered the Springfree online, the main concern was that it would not be sufficiently bouncy. For me, such a relatively high cost would not be worthwhile if the bounce was sacrificed and the kids never used it as a result.
My concerns were unfounded. Put simply, this is an outstanding product. It's safe, made well, looks good, is not squeaky, and is very bouncy. We've tried several traditional neighborhood trampolines since and found that they are not nearly as bouncy as our large oval Springfree.
Although the basketball net and step-down stair were expensive add-ons, they are integral to the design and the fun. We use the basketball net all the time. Remember "21"? Works really well. Also fun to play soccer with the kids on it, kicking the ball back and forth, trying to score.
I installed the trampoline myself, with the help of my daughter (9), and it was do-able. Although I sounded like the father working on his furnace in "A Christmas Story" at times (i.e., while installing the white rods), we stood back and admired our work in the end, around three hours later.
This is by far the most expensive trampoline, anywhere, and it hurt the budget. But, in five years time, I plan to have forgotten the cost and still be glad we invested in such an awesome (and bouncy!) trampoline.
