Great Trampoline Rough Set Up

Great Trampoline, safe and sturdy construction. Setting up the unit was not possible for 2 adults. In the end it required 4-5 men to get each fiberglass rod in place. Without this assistance we would have had to return our order. Also, Please make an all weather cover for the O92, ASAP. This is a huge financial investment in the trampoline and with no cover option, our model is left to deteriorate while other models get a cover offering.

Thanks for our new trampoline.
Positives: great product, safe, appears to be good quality (I've only had it for a few days so it's still in perfect condition)
Negatives: excessive price (means that I am embarrassed to recommend it to friends & family), painful to assemble (takes two people 4+ hours and it is particularly difficult to put in the white rods even when you follow the instructions meticulously - I was willing to pay someone to install but they couldn't do it in time for the birthday) and it says that it is unsafe for somersalts and flips :(

Happy with the tramp. Not entirely happy with set up videos and instructions - partcularly the net set up. The instructions did not make sense. We did what seemed right and it worked. Warranty registration - there aren't as many serial numbers on my tramp as suggested by the website - necessitating a call to you. Really frustrating - a little thing that's easy to get right.

My daugther wanted a trampilne since she was 8 and we always said no because it was to dangerous but when we found the springfree trampoline we finaly said yes for her birthday at 12 and she loves it with her friends everyday she can .

This was a great investment in family fun. Everyday when I get home from work, my boys asks me to jump on the trampoline. I can't say no, because the smile on his face is so great to see!
