Alarming Rise in Trampoline Related Injury Statistics - August 3, 2007

A new study published in American Emergency Medicine has revealed that the number of children visiting the Emergency Department due to injuries sustained on traditional style trampolines has doubled over the past decade. Between 2000 - 2005 an alarming 531,378 children required medical attention after sustaining injuries on 'inexpensive trampolines at home' - that's an average of 88,563 per year!
