Bio

Born in 1980 in Toronto, Canada, Karen Cockburn has been competing in competitive trampolining since the age of 11.

Karen won the bronze medal in women’s trampolining at Sydney Olympics (2000), and the silver medal in Athens (2004).

Most recently, Karen won both the Individual gold medal and the synchronized gold medal at the Trampoline and Tumbling World Cup Final competition in Birmingham (2006). She is now focused on the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
