Blueberry Buzz Smoothie

Rosie MacLennan’s Blueberry Buzz Smoothie

Servings: 4, one-cup

1/2cup milk (soy, rice, almond, hemp)
1/2cup water
1/2cup frozen blueberries
1Tbsp hulled flaxseed
1/2cup yogurt (soy or greek)
2 scoops protein powder
Handful ice cubes

METHOD: Puree all ingredients to desired thickness.
