This pancake recipe is great for anyone who is gluten intolerant or loves bananas! You can really taste the banana in them. It only takes two ingredients to make!
1 frying pan
1 medium bowl
1 pancake spatula
possible toppings: maple syrup, nutella, honey, almond butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips - the list goes on!
Turn your stove top on to medium heat, put your frying pan on top with a bit of butter in the pan. Peel your banana and mash it very well with a fork in your bowl. Once the banana is fully mashed, add the 4 eggs and mix well. Now it's time to cook them up! Pour the batter into your frying pan to make as big (or little) of pancake as you wish.
Note: The pancakes will be more thin than usual and therefore could be hard to flip if they are too big!
Cook the pancakes in until the edges are dry and the bottom is as golden brown as you'd like. Flip them over and do the same for the other side.
Voila! Your Two Ingredient Pancakes are finished! You can choose to top them with maple syrup or even almond butter or honey. Enjoy!
