I have a 2.4 year old and a 4 month old. My oldest is a trampoline fanatic! where ever there is a trampoline we cant keep her off. She exercises and is in great shape. She is learning balance and I can see major changes in her growth. I really love the designs of these trampolines and want one - we entered in the give away and hope we win. This thing doesn't bounce you straight up and down, it twist at your feet when you jump and land on it. I am sending mine back before the 30 days is up, they charge a 15% restocking fee that they don't tell you about and you have to pay shipping too. Lets add that up - $254 restocking fee deducted from my refund and another $175 to ship this crap back. Springfree Trampoline SUCKS. Had to get that off my chest, i know you won't let this comment stay up long if you even let it go up at all. I am sending this comment to everyone I know and on every website I can. Your company must make a living on restocking fees. I would rather lose money than keep this product. BBB will be informed if I don't get all my money back.
