The Matty Johns show has gone in leaps and bounds since its first nerve racking, hard-to-watch episode just a few weeks ago and Controversy Corner was in its prime last night debating NRL’s biggest scandal of its history.
But whilst others were still reveling in this news I moved on to the Segment where Titans players, Nathan Friend and Greg Bird jumped on a dangerous style Trampoline in the ‘Home While Your Away’ skit.
Joyously jumping, Nathan lost balance and landed into the net. What the net was meant to do was protect him from falling to the ground. INSTEAD the net ripped open from one side to the other, making him hold on for dear life. He is not a little man I know, but this just goes to show the danger of el cheapo nets!
A lot of people mistake Springfree™Trampoline simply as the ‘ones with the nets’, but there is a huge difference to put it lightly so I thought I would take this opportunity to distinguish the difference.
Springfree™ Trampoline patented FlexiNet™ enclosure has flexible supports to cushion jumpers and prevent falls.
Our FlexiNet™ is designed to be impact absorbing, flexing and guiding wayward jumpers back to the centre of the trampoline instead of
directing them down onto the edge.
The jumper cannot make contact with the flexi rods. Traditional enclosures MAY stop jumpers falling off if it doesn’t rip, but in doing so, either direct them into rigid steel poles or straight down onto the springs and frame.
Springfree™ Trampoline uses unique “raschel” knitting technology. Unlike old style enclosure nets, small holes or cuts do not ‘run’ into large tears.
The Springfree FlexiNet is also zippered to ensure jumpers can’t fall through the opening, and with a lock, parents can control who has access to the trampoline and when.
So in conclusion we are WAY different and damn proud!

For years I’ve refused the idea of ever buying a trampoline after seeing my niece getting hurt on one but the Springfree Trampoline actually sounds like a much safer alternative that I would consider. I just wish I knew of a place around here that had one on display to inspect myself.
It is the only safe option Cat
